The following files comprise the Texas School District Business Office Calendar/Checklist. The files contain information that support Business Managers in the completion of the financial and business responsibilities of the district. The files include information sorted by the month, daily, week, quarter, and year. Repetitive information is given in files that are listed by department. The Acronyms, Definitions, & Helpful Hints and the Helpful Websites files give additional information that pertain to the operations of the Business Office.  For the best performance of the files create a separate directory on your computer and save all the files to that directory.  Also open the link “Embedded Files” and download those files into the new directory also.  The files are accessible to make additional entries that you feel as valuable information that you use in your district.
